Ingredients
  

  • 2 cup Green Fava Beans cooked
  • 2 cup Yoghurt
  • 1/2 cup Tahini
  • 2 clove Garlic minced
  • 1/4 cup Parsley chopped
  • 1/4 cup Pine Nuts toasted
  • 1/4 cup Olive Oil
  • 2 Lebanese Bread cut into squares
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F(200C)
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the yogurt, tahini, minced garlic, chopped parsley, salt, and pepper.
  • Heat the olive oil in a small skillet over medium heat. Add the torn Lebanese bread and sauté until it is crispy and golden brown.
  • To assemble the Green Fava Beans Fatteh, layer the toasted Lebanese bread evenly on a serving platter.
  • Add a layer of the cooked green fava beans on top of the pita bread.
  • Spoon the yogurt mixture on top of the fava beans, covering them completely.
